Welcome to Music Together® in Friedrichshain. At Amitola I'll be offering my courses − completely in English − from September 8, 2012. Of course non-native speakers are welcome as well.
The pedagogy and methods are based on two important ideas: Music is a social skill best learned in families and groups of all ages AND everyone is musical! The whole family is always welcome (ideal for siblings), even Omi when she's in town.
I visited Music Together® courses with my two children from the age of 5 months and was immediately hooked. As a classically trained professional singer with a Master of Music, I appreciated the detail and care that had gone into the program. My kids have become quite the little music makers and dancers, comfortable with improvising and integrating music into their daily lives.
